These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Bath O’Clock website, including its content, products, features, and services.

This website is operated by Bath O’Clock Ateliers Inc., carrying on business as Bath O’Clock (“Bath O’Clock,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using this website, creating an account, or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Use of the Website

You may use this website only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.

You must not:

Bath O’Clock products are bath, body, hair, and cosmetic products intended for external use unless the product label expressly states otherwise.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, ingredients, weights, colours, packaging, and images accurately. However, variations may occur because of differences in screens, natural ingredients, small-batch production, manufacturing updates, and packaging changes.

Product photographs are illustrative. The product received may differ slightly in colour, texture, appearance, or packaging without affecting its intended use.

We may correct errors, update product information, change packaging, modify formulations, or discontinue products when reasonably necessary.

4. Cosmetic and Safety Information

The information provided on this website is for general cosmetic and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Individual skin sensitivities and allergies vary. Before using a product:

5. Product Availability

Products are subject to availability.

Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve it. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or decline an order when inventory is unavailable, information is incorrect, or we reasonably suspect unauthorized, fraudulent, or resale activity.

If an unavailable product has already been paid for, we will cancel that portion of the order and refund the amount charged for it.

6. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other required charges will be shown during checkout before the order is submitted.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information. Payment is subject to authorization by the applicable payment provider.

We may correct an obvious pricing, calculation, or product-description error. When an error affects an order already submitted, we will contact you before proceeding or cancel the affected item and issue an appropriate refund.

Nothing in these Terms permits us to charge undisclosed mandatory fees. Canadian law prohibits materially false or misleading price representations, including advertising a price that cannot actually be obtained because of fixed obligatory charges other than government-imposed charges.

7. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products.

An automated order-confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. An order is accepted when it is processed for shipment or when we otherwise confirm acceptance.

We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including:

  • Product unavailability
  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Payment authorization failure
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
  • Shipping restrictions
  • Quantity limits

When we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, incorrect delivery information, service interruptions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged when permitted by law.

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly through the Contact Us page if an item is missing, incorrect, or damaged.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged-product claims, and order cancellations are governed by our Refund and Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms or our Refund and Return Policy limits any cancellation, refund, replacement, warranty, or other right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

Where these Terms conflict with a mandatory consumer right, the mandatory consumer right applies.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions, including eligibility requirements, minimum purchases, expiry dates, product exclusions, and redemption limits.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Promotions cannot be combined
  • Discount codes have no cash value
  • A discount cannot be applied after an order has been completed
  • Promotions apply only during the stated promotional period
  • We may cancel a promotion affected by an obvious error, fraud, or misuse

The website and its content, including the Bath O’Clock name, branding, text, product names, photographs, graphics, designs, logos, videos, layout, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Bath O’Clock Ateliers Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No ownership rights are transferred to you through your use of the website.

Customers residing outside British Columbia continue to receive any mandatory protections provided by the laws applicable to them.
