REFUND & RETURN POLICY

This Refund and Return Policy applies to products purchased directly from Bath O’Clock through bathoclock.ca.
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.
Returns requested after this period may not be accepted unless required by applicable law.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
• The product must have been purchased directly from bathoclock.ca
• A valid order number or other proof of purchase must be provided
• The product must be unopened, unused, or only gently tested
• A gently tested product must contain at least 75% of its original contents
• Products purchased as part of a set or bundle must be returned together as a complete set
We do not accept products that are empty, nearly empty, excessively used, altered, damaged through misuse, or returned without their original packaging where the packaging is reasonably required to identify the product.
The following items are final sale unless they are defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise required to be returnable by law:
• Gift cards
• Samples and miniature products
• Products identified as Final Sale or Clearance at the time of purchase
3. Requesting a Return
To request a return, contact us through our Connect With Us page or email:

Please include:
• Your order number
• The product you wish to return
• The reason for the return
• Photographs of the product and packaging if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
Please wait for return authorization and instructions before sending your product.
Products returned without authorization may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Bath O’Clock will provide return instructions and, where appropriate, cover reasonable return-shipping costs.
For returns based on preference, suitability, or a change of mind, you are responsible for return-shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Bath O’Clock is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged before they are received by us.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from an error by Bath O’Clock or applicable law requires otherwise.
Duties, brokerage charges, and import taxes paid directly to a carrier or customs authority are generally not refundable by Bath O’Clock.
5. Inspection and Refunds
Returned products will normally be inspected within three to five business days after they are received.
We will notify you whether your return has been approved or declined.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.
Your bank, credit-card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
If only part of an order is returned, the refund will apply only to the approved returned product and any other amount required by law.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Where an exchange is approved but the requested replacement is unavailable, we may provide a refund to the original payment method instead.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the product ordered, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
8. Unexpected Reactions
Individual sensitivities and allergies vary.
Discontinue use if irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs. Follow the directions and warnings provided with the product and consult an appropriate healthcare professional when necessary.

Please include your order number, the product name, and the batch code shown on the packaging, when available.
We will review the information and determine an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.
9. Orders That Are Not Delivered
Nothing in this policy limits cancellation or refund rights that may apply to distance sales contracts under British Columbia law.
Depending on the circumstances, British Columbia consumers may have the right to cancel an online purchase when required contract information is not provided or when goods are not delivered within the time permitted by law.
Any legally required refund will be processed within the period required by applicable law.
